Getting started

Check in at the Paradise Watersports desk at the river end of Cavill Avenue in central Surfers Paradise. After a safety briefing and basic riding instruction, your friendly host will provide a life jacket and dry bag before you set off from the jetty.

What to bring

Flip flops or sandals are highly recommended as shoes can get wet.

Bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for sun protection.

What’s not allowed

This activity is not suitable for children under 7 years.

Children aged 7–15 must ride on a double waterbike with an accompanying adult (18+).

Riders must not exceed the weight limit of 120 kg (265 lbs) per person.

Additional food or drinks beyond those provided at the refreshment stop are not included.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the experience.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Participants should have a moderate level of fitness to comfortably enjoy the ride.
