We wanted to visit Osaka-castle since the beginning of our trip. However we didn't have time to think of buying tickets ahead and we undervalued the queue at the entrance. We were than reluctantly , decided to queue up at the ticket lane which was quite long and demotivating. Moreover, it was quote a cold morning and we we're about to gives up. We saw, then, the indication of web based ticket and we decided to give it a chance by looking at the castle website. And then we made our tickets with readout in 1min. Received QR code and changed queue immediately. We were in a minute later ready to queue for the elevator and start our day enjoying our time in osaka to do everything we had been schedule already. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and really well organised. Entry was easy, everything was clearly explained, and the atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. The highlight for me was seeing everything up close and being able to take it all in without feeling rushed. It genuinely made the visit feel special and worth it. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone visiting. I’m also a content creator and influencer, and I’d love to come back in the future to do a full video review, as I know my audience would really enjoy seeing this experience.

My family and I had an excellent experience going to Universal Japan for our first time. Even though we purchased the standard ticket, we were able to go on rides without long lineups most of the time. Food at the restaurants was very good and the service was outstanding! Would definitely like to visit again. The Christmas meal they made at Universal Christmas Food Festival was delicious and my teen boys were very happy. The merch was a little pricey. This was my only complaint.

Bellissimo parco divertimenti diviso in aree tematiche, ognuna con la sua tipicità. Avrei preferito fare un biglietto salta fila, per risparmiare tempo e avere possibilità di fare tutti i giochi, ma sono comunque riuscito a visitare parecchie attrazioni!

Universal studios was one of the best days ever! It brought out my inner child again and I had the best day. Everything went so smoothly, we were able to achieve 95% of the rides in one day and we have the most magical and incredible experience
