Important Information

• Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Pram/Stroller Accessibility.

• It's recommended to wear light and comfortable clothes such as activewear or shorts/tracksuit pants and a t-shirt/jumper depending on the weather along with enclosed-flat shoes, sports shoes or something with some grip.

• Note that a general level of fitness is required to take part in the tour.

Restrictions

• The experience is restricted for guests aged 8 and under, weighing less than 30 and more than 136, shorter than 1.2 metres.

• If you are over 75 years of age or pregnant, you must submit a medical form signed by a GP prior to your tour.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
