Penang Hill, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve since 2019, is not just about scenic beauty. It's also steeped in history as one of Asia’s oldest hill stations, first established by British settlers. Getting there is an adventure in itself—hop on the iconic funicular railway, which has been operating for 100 years. - Visitors entering after 5:30pm are required to purchase an Evening Walk Add-On Ticket at RM18 per person.
- Standard Entrance Ticket (Non-Evening Walk) holders must exit the park by 7:00pm.
- Evening Walk visitors may exit at any time via the main entrance, and the park officially closes at 9:00pm.
- The Evening Walk includes the opportunity to enjoy a sunset view and join a complimentary Night Walk, both of which are weather-dependent and not guaranteed.
- When weather permits, the Night Walk begins at Curtis Crest around 7:45pm (once it's sufficiently dark), lasts approximately one hour, and concludes at the main entrance by 8:45pm.
