What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID, especially for adult-only Art Undistracted hours (18+ only).

• Booking confirmation/ticket (printed or digital); recommended to book online in advance.

• Wear practical clothing and supportive shoes. High heels are not allowed. Some exhibits involve water, so consider clothes you can fold up to your knees or bring a change of attire for children.

• Camera/phone: Photography and short videos are permitted for personal use only (no flash, tripods, selfie sticks, or commercial equipment).

• Water bottle: Staying hydrated is recommended, as visits may last several hours.

What’s not allowed

• Guests under 18 are not permitted during Art Undistracted (Monday through Thursday, 6pm–10pm).

• Outside food and drink are not allowed; only food and drinks purchased inside are permitted.

• Large bags/luggage are not allowed inside; free lockers are available for storing personal items. Strollers are not permitted inside, and storage space is limited.

• Smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the premises (including outdoor areas).

• Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and flashlights are not permitted in exhibition areas, including for photography.

• For-profit/commercial photography or filming without prior written consent.

• Pets are not allowed, except registered service animals.

• Adults-only entrance during designated Art Undistracted timeslots.

• Food & beverage: Café available; only food/drink purchased inside is permitted.

• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Children’s facilities: Nursing room and changing facilities provided; strollers should be left in cars.

• Kids' entry: On Mondays to Thursdays, last entry for kids at 4:30pm, after which they will not be allowed to enter.

• Open-dated tickets: You can visit on any day. For open-dated tickets, guests must select a visit date and timeslot via the booking link sent after purchase, subject to availability. Walk-ins are not permitted.

• Fixed-dated & timed tickets: No additional reservation is required—your selected date and time are already confirmed at the time of booking.
