- The VR e-Sports activity is not open for children under the age of 7.
- Children between 7 and 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Height restrictions will be strictly enforced for all rides and activities.
- Free admission is available for children under 7 years old. However, depending on height (taller than 110cm equivalent to 3.6ft), there is a fee being charged for the attractions. Please purchase a ticket for a child in that case.
- Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on-site for rates.
- Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance.
teamLab Planets
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- It is recommended to wear clothes that allow you to be knee-deep in water.
- You will have to remove your footwear during this experience.
- Keep in mind that there will be places where the light is more irritating or dim.
- When the hall is busy, the staff will lead the customers to the exit who have stayed in the museum for a long time.
- Note: It is strongly advised to wear pants throughout the encounter as an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.
- The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue.
- Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 26 cm wide, 49.5 cm deep, and 87.5 cm high.
- Tickets can only be used on the selected date. You cannot enter without a voucher.
