It was a amazing experience. The big down side was having to walk up the hill and then enter the building then walking all the way down again to get the cable car. When you could just walk a little way and enter the building at the same level as where you get on the cable car . I have 2 bad knees and there were a lot of people struggling to get up the hill. This was the the only down side the rest was amazing and this is coming from someone who spent 20 years in Switzerland

Really enjoyed Fansipan and the cable car. Booking via Headout was hassle-free. The experience was magical, though it got quite crowded midday so I’d suggest morning slots. Would book again.

Used the app for the tickets and everything went smoothly. Enjoyed the three different rides a lot. We were lucky with the weather, there were breaks in the clouds. The clouds moving in gave a nice, eerie feeling to the different sites as well. All in all a great experience.

We enjoyed our day at Fansipan even though the mountain was covered in thick cloud which made it difficult to see the sights it did give the whole place a special eerie feel.

The transactions and rides to the top was smooth and effortless. Unfortunately, the weather this morning did not cooperate. The views at the top was 100% obscured by clouds.

Begin at Hoang Lien Station and show your ticket to board the cable car to Fansipan Station. If included, start earlier with the Muong Hoa Monorail from Sapa. At Fansipan Station, board the Peak Rail funicular to reach the summit effortlessly.

Peak Rail is the same as Fanispan Funicular.

Muong Hoa Monorail: 7:45am–2:15pm (Mon–Thu), 3:15pm (Fri), 7:15am–3:15pm (Sat), 2:15pm (Sun)

Cable car: 8am–2:30pm (Mon–Thu), 3:30pm (Fri–Sat), 2:30pm (Sun)

Peak Rail (Fansipan Funicular): 8:30am–3pm (Mon–Thu), 4pm (Fri), 8am–4pm (Sat–Sun)

Children should show a household registration book or birth certificate at the ticket office and ticket control gate.

Children must be between 1m and 1.4m tall to access the kids' buffet.

Buffet tickets are available at Van Sam Restaurant on the M floor and 2nd floor of the departure station (Hoang Lien station).

Luggage storage is included.

Sun World Fansipan Legend will be temporarily closed from 21 September 2026 to 27 September 2026 due to scheduled maintenance of the cable car, Muong Hoa Funicular, and Fansipan Funicular systems. The attraction will not be available during this period.
