Die Organisation vor Ort ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Aussichtstürmen echt schlecht. Hatten Tickets für 19:30, kamen erst 20:15 rein und wurden drei Mal mit unterschiedlichen Zeitangaben aus der Warteschlange weggeschickt. Beim Warten muss man stehen, gibt keine Sitzmöbel.. Der Summit selbst ist gerade für Jugendliche/Kinder gut gemacht, viel Schnickschnack, das Freude bereitet. Aussicht ist auch gut Fazit: summit selbst 5Sternr, Organisation 3, macht 4.

Booking was easy did from England Communication , emails from head out very good Summit one was amazing Very organised , Amazing views , great photo opportunities . We had a very Bright clear day . Empire state at night was magical it was quiet , clear views , the art deco building and history fab , staff dressed in 1920's Uniforms Would definitely recommend head out to book with and do both experiences Thanks

Tout est très impressionnant. Si je suis venu d'abord venu pour faire plaisir à mes filles de 16 et 19 ans, c'est moi qui au final devait être rappelé à l'ordre par celles car je "traînais" trop. De la salle de séquence vidéo, à la vitesse toute en douceur de l'ascenseur en passant ensuite par les différentes salles jusqu'au rooftop, tout est une magnifique découverte permettant de voir NY comme nulle part. Enjoy

Somos uruguayos, mi esposa y yo. Summit fue el sueño de Vicky desde el primer día. Con los pasajes comprados en septiembre de 2025 ya lo tenía claro: “Quiero vivir Summit.” Desde Uruguay intentamos conseguir las entradas y no se podía. Llegamos a Nueva York… y tampoco. Hasta que se pudo. El jueves 5, a las 12:30 AM, estábamos entrando. Y lo que vivimos ahí fue una de las experiencias más hermosas de nuestras vidas. Lo dicen las sonrisas, la emoción, la alegría compartida. Un lugar impecable, personal atento, pensado para grandes y chicos, con la magia única de poner a Manhattan a tus pies. Summit no se visita: se siente. Es un antes y un después. Felicito a quienes hicieron posible este emprendimiento increíble: muestran NYC como nadie, generan trabajo y logran que uno se vaya con el alma y el corazón llenos. Soy paciente oncológico. Y este lugar me dio más fuerzas, más vida de la que traía. Reí, fotografié, disfruté… viví. Y decreté algo más: volver. Volver con mis hijos y mi nieto. Cerrar el ciclo de sueños cumplidos en vida. Yeeaaay It was soo much fun first of all statue city cruise took us to the liberty island. My family had a great time at cruise and statue of liberty also ellis island .Cruise by it self was nice and clean, staff was professional . My kids had some great time at cruise because of birds and pigeons. Over all 10 out of 10 . I would recommend this next 100 times.

The weather in NYC tends to bring unexpected twists. Dress in weather-appropriate clothing along with comfortable footwear for adaptable comfort.

Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.

Make sure to bring your sunglasses. The reflective materials used throughout the space create a bright environment during the day.

Please dress appropriately, due to the unique nature of the space and to avoid unwanted exposure to glass and mirrored floors. Pants, shorts, or tights are recommended as well as flat shoes.

Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel-toe boots, sports cleats, and other footwear that can damage flooring are not permitted.
