We had a wonderful experience at Sky Views! The entire place was beautifully designed, and the views of Dubai were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was well organized, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was amazing. It was such a memorable experience, especially enjoying the stunning city views from such a unique height. If you’re visiting Dubai and looking for something exciting and different, Sky Views is definitely worth experiencing. Highly recommended for families, friends, and anyone who loves beautiful views!

What an unforgettable experience! 🤩✨ The Sky Views Observatory offered absolutely breathtaking views of Dubai, and the Glass Slide was such an exciting adrenaline rush! 🏙️💫 We then enjoyed a delicious Gold Menu item at Sky 52 Restaurant, making the whole experience even more special. From the stunning views to the fun and amazing food, it was the perfect day out! Definitely an experience I’d love to do again! ❤️

Such an incredible experience! Walking on the glass floor and riding the outdoor Glass Slide gave us an unforgettable adrenaline rush with stunning views. To top it all off, the meal at Sky 52 Restaurant was mouthwatering. The ambiance, setting, and taste of the Gold Menu item made the whole trip completely worth it. 5/5 stars!

The edge walk, I did the sky views observatory the day before aswell, scoped the place and plucked up courage today, it was scary to go near edge but fun aswell, such an energetic team and group of people also doing the same as me. I love Dubai.

Book your Observatory ticket and enjoy a complimentary ride on the Glass Slide, a transparent tube connecting levels 53 and 52, offering a unique descent with unobstructed city views.

From the Observatory, you’ll have clear, elevated views of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the city’s ever-evolving skyline. There are multiple vantage points for photos and quiet moments above the city.

Getting started

Begin your journey at Address Sky View Hotel. A dedicated elevator takes you directly to the Observatory. Have your ticket and ID ready for quick validation at the entrance. Security checks are smooth and well-organized.

What to expect

Known for its sweeping glass-walled views, this observatory showcases Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Clear pathways guide you to viewing areas and attractions.

What's not allowed

Sky Views Observatory

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

The drinks combo is restricted for guests under the age of 21 years.

Edge Walk

This experience is restricted to guests aged 12 to 65 years, weighing between 30kg (66 lb) and 120kg (265 lb), and between 1.35m (4.4 ft) and 2m (6.6 ft) in height. It is not suitable for pregnant women.

Strict dress code: No loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves. Wearing the Edge Walk overall is a must to ensure the safety of all guests.

Guests should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment (e.g. medicine).
