The tour is highly recommended, and our guide, Jin, was very friendly throughout. She made sure to explain everything to us and was very polite, particularly when discussing political issues, which can often be sensitive. I would recommend it.

Although the tour touches very difficult subject I think everyone should take the opportunity to get it. And if you lucky enough to be on that tour with Dennis - the tour guide- the experience is much better.

Well organised tour coming covering all the areas that we wanted like to visit. One negative thing is that you don't get dropped off where you were picked up.

I found the DMZ itself to be the best part. We had great weather so you could really see all the way. But whta made the trip special was our guide, Chloe! From start to finish she was full of energy and motovation. She empowered us through the bus ride, gave us background information to All the stops and was helpful in every possible way! Would recommend her 100%

A gratitude beyond words to our guide Leo! It was a nice trip to DMZ that exceeded my expectations. It seems that this kind of tour is suitable for both: those who knows little about Korean history and those who have studied it a lot, as everyone can discover something new for themselves. Over all, it was an interesting experience enhanced by Leo's sense of humour:)

Go for a half-day tour with an English-speaking guide to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), a buffer zone separating North and South Korea with easy round-trip transfers from Seoul.

Discover the history of the Korean War at Imjingak Park. See the bullet-riddled Freedom Bridge, where 12,773 POWs walked to freedom.

Venture into the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, dug by North Korea and discovered in 1978. Visit Dora Observatory, and see North Korea's 160m flagpole in Kijong-dong, nicknamed "Propaganda Village”.

Stop by the Unification Village, a small farming community that specializes in creating soybean milk, traditional soy sauce, and corn goods.

What to bring

Wear comfortable walking shoes as you walk through the tunnel and on different terrains.

Bring your valid passport, which the military officials at the entrance of DMZ will check.

What's not allowed

Luggage and large bags are not allowed on the tour.

Waving, pointing, signaling, or photography without permission are not allowed at the DMZ.

Strict Dress Code: No ripped pants, shorts, skirts, or camouflage.

DMZ is not the kind of place a traveler can just wander off. Tourists must stay with their guide and military escorts at all times.

Accessibility

This tour is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

This tour is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have medical conditions like high blood pressure, seniors, or those with mobility issues.

DMZ is a military area and hence it can close without prior notice.

DMZ is closed on Mondays and military training days.
