Accessibility

Alcatraz Island:

• The ferry and the island are wheelchair-accessible.

Aquarium of the Bay:

• It is accessible; wheelchairs are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.

Napa & Sonoma Valleys:

• It is not wheelchair accessible.

• Infant seats are available, and the tour is stroller accessible.

Additional information

• Day 1 (Alcatraz + Aquarium of the Bay) is a self-guided tour that does not include transportation. The only transfers included in this tour are the ferries to and from Alcatraz Island.

• Day 2 (Muir Woods with Napa & Sonoma Wine Country) is a guided tour, and you'll enjoy comfortable transportation aboard a mini-coach.

Alcatraz Island:

• You can stay on the island for as long as you like.

• Wear layered clothing and comfortable shoes.

Napa & Sonoma Valleys:

• Wear layered clothing and comfortable shoes.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID during the pick-up.

Hotel transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs from selected hotels.

• In the next step of booking, please specify the name and address of your hotel.

• On the day of your tour, please report at your hotel lobby 10-15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of the hotel.
