The San Diego Zoo is exceptionally well maintained, and it’s clear the animals are cared for and placed in environments that suit them. Every employee we interacted with was warm, helpful, and always smiling. They answered all our questions so sweetly, which made the experience even better. Adding to that, the Headout app made booking our tickets incredibly easy. The app was simple to use, gave quick access to all booking details, and made our trip from Boston to San Diego feel seamless. This was the best experience I ever had , amazing zoo so beautiful and huge , its like I went to a tropical forest, I saw all the animals , I appreciate that there was koalas there and some animals I never seen before , I will recommend to family and friends and all the world , will visit again. For my children have fun. But one thing I'm for getting my children's one it nine year old and one 1 1/2 year old but I'm paid the same money at a child 3 year old and up please refund my money back my address at 208 Southwind Dr apt.24 Athen AL.35611

Such a wonderful experience! We brought our extended family; 14 people! Loved the 40 min bus tour to give the overall view! Also loved walking around after! It was a wonderful day! It was our first time at this Zoo! It was amazing!!! Thank you!

We LOVED the zoo. Everything was so clean, employees were welcoming, there were many volunteers to guide and answer questions, the exhibits were beautiful and well kept, the animals were incredible, and we had a fabulous day.
