I purchased this ticket for Royale Palace Madrid. I was denied entry to Royale Palace at the entrance because guard said this ticket not for Royale Palace. I called Headout asking for refund but my request was denied. Headout booking information and details written on tickets are misleading. Headout agent said only can refund me 25 percent of ticket price into credit wallet. But I asked for credit back as cash into my credit card. No response from Headout.

The gallery visit was good and we were impressed with the display we saw. However, I am not satisfied with the online purchase of the ticket, it said "Royal Palace + Gallery" and we expected that it meant a tour of the royal palace. That was not the case, the officials only directed us to the gallery. We are unfortunate that we missed the tour of the royal palace. Regards, Milija

This was an amazing visit. Palace is in very good condition and all the rooms are gorgeous. Tapestries are super impressive. Go visit the Royal gallery, place is a must see.

This combined experience offers insight into Spain’s royal heritage, featuring the country’s largest collection of royal art and artifacts. The Royal Collections Gallery, located beside the palace, houses over 650 works spanning paintings, sculptures, tapestries, and decorative arts.

After your tour, relax at the museum café or browse the shop for curated souvenirs.

Skip-the-line entry ensures you spend more time exploring and less time waiting.

Museum hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am–8pm; Sundays and holidays, 10am–7pm. Last entry is 45 minutes before closing.

Note: Free Royal Palace of Madrid entry Mon–Thu for EU & Ibero-American citizens with valid ID: Oct–Mar: 4pm–6pm | Apr–Sep: 6pm–8pm.

Luggage or large bags are not allowed inside the museum. Self-service lockers and cloakrooms are available for storage.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered assistance dogs.

Flash photography is prohibited throughout the museum and gallery spaces.

The meeting point and venue are accessible via public transport: Bus (Lines 3, 25, 39, and 148), Subway (Lines 5 and 2 – Ópera station), and Cercanías (Príncipe Pío Station).
