My partner and I had a truly amazing time. We spent the day on a beautiful Yatch. We did about an hour of snorklng in the middle of the Red Sea. We had 2 rounds of deep sea diving accompanied by a trained profeesional, and an under water photographer who took some amazing snaps. We also stoped off at a beautiful Island right in the middle of the sea. On top of all of that we had a lovely meal on the yatch and had access to unlimited water and soft drinks. And just when you think it can't get any better, we did all of that for just £80. Thank you so much Headout!

Déception concernant cette excursion. Nous sommes très déçus par cette excursion, qui ne correspondait pas aux prestations annoncées et payées. Le programme comprenait une plongée sous-marines, du snorkeling avec les équipements nécessaires, une visite de la réserve naturelle de Ras Mohammed ainsi qu’une visite de l’île Blanche. Finalement, nous avons uniquement effectué deux arrêts pour les plongées sous-marines, et nous n’avons pas visité la réserve de Ras Mohammed. Le passage à l’île Blanche a été extrêmement court, environ 15 minutes seulement. De plus, les équipements de snorkeling, notamment les masques et les tubas, qui étaient censés être inclus dans le prix, ne nous ont pas été fournis, ni à nous ni à nos enfants. Nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter pleinement de cette activité en famille. Enfin, nous avions également payé environ 5 € par personne pour l’entrée à la réserve de Ras Mohammed, mais nous n’y sommes finalement jamais allés. Au vu de ces éléments, nous estimons que plusieurs prestations pour lesquelles nous avons payé n’ont pas été fournies. Nous sommes particulièrement déçus par le manque de respect du programme annoncé et par l’absence des équipements promis. Nous ne recommandons pas cette excursion en l’état.
