My experience with Turibus was pretty good. We book the trip in Polanco area for 16€/person for one day & as soon as reached the front desk in the meeting point, they printed our tickets, put on us the special paper bracelet and told us that we could do any other trip from the 4 different that they provide- even all - if we had the time and the mood to do in that specific day we had booked for. So, we caught the turibus -yellow line for Polanco , that actually was quite late on the meeting point , as we were there at 12:45 and it appeared at 14:00, and we circled the area in 50'. As soon as we came back to the meeting point and the trip was too short, we cought the bus for the historical center- red line- that we noticed that it passes very often , and started the tour for Zocalo and back ... And as soon as hotel was close to the neighborhood of Zona Rosa , we jumped off the bus at a stop it made close to our place. The only I could say to passengers to have in their minds is to have a jacket if the temperature of the weather is less than 20'C and be mind the trees' branches that sometimes can kick your head off, for those ones who have a seat on the top outdoor space of the bus. Turibus service is Recommended !

We did the Basilica route. The audio was poor as it was trying to compete with the onboard Spanish content over the loudspeakers. There was a long wait at the basilica for an onward bus. There was little else of interest on the route. In hindsight we probably would have been better off to have Uber'd there and back from zocalo

The staff were fantastic...however the seats were damaged The loudspeaker on the bus speaking Spanish was SO loud had trouble hearing v the English version. Did realise HOW MUCH traffic there would be.

The tour was good and informative when we were on the bus. The stops could be more clearly marked but overall the service was as expected. However, the service ends at 7 pm on the dot even if you are already on the bus they do not complete the loop. The driver stops wherever they are on the route and has every passenger disembark the bus. That left my family and I in a neighborhood we did not know at 7 pm. We have taken these kind of bus tours in other cities in the world and we have never been asked to leave the bus before completing the loop. While the service was solid having been left in the middle of the city was not ideal.

You can join the tour at any stop and hop on and off for the duration of your ticket.

Red route - Historic Center

The red route weaved through Mexico City's vibrant heart, mural-draped Zócalo, stately Bellas Artes, and leafy Alameda Central. Expect grand boulevards, colonial facades, and major sights like the Angel of Independence.

Green route - South/Coyoacan

Dressed in green, this upscale path glides by luxury shops and sleek skyscrapers on Masaryk Avenue, plus iconic modern stops like Museo Soumaya’s metallic curves and leafy Chapultepec.

Yellow route - Polanco

The orange line is an artistic journey plunging into trendy Condesa, past Roma’s hip cafes, and all the way to Coyoacán’s colorful markets and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Lush parks, street murals, and bohemian neighborhoods color this creative urban stretch.

Purple route - Basilica

Blue for faith and tradition, a spiritual tour traveling from the historic Zócalo to the soaring Basilica of Guadalupe, past mariachi-filled Plaza Garibaldi and ancient Tlatelolco. You'll see ornate churches, lively squares, and indigenous roots woven through city streets.

The bus operates until 7pm, and the service will conclude at the stop closest to the bus’ current location on the route.
