Getting started:

Start with a hotel pickup, head to Pongyang for a safety briefing, then follow a fixed route based on your selected package. Mobile tickets are accepted for this experience.

What's not allowed:

Large luggage and backpacks are not allowed on the activities due to weight constraints and safety reasons.

Pets and service animals cannot tag along on this experience.

Zipline activities cannot take longer than 2 hours.

Accessibility:

This experience is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible due to the uneven jungle terrain.

This experience is not recommended for pregnant women and individuals with serious medical conditions such as high blood pressure and epilepsy

This experience has a weight cap, people over 100 kg are not allowed to participate in zipline activities and people over 150 kg are not allowed to participate in jungle coaster.

Additional information:

Open daily from 8:30am to 5pm. The last entry is at 4pm.

Children under the age of 7 years old are not allowed to participate in this experience.

Children between 7-12 need to present a consent letter from their parents or guardians.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID during the pick-up.

Hotel transfers
