Sito archeologico straordinario e ricco di fascino, capace di trasportarti indietro nel tempo. È stato un peccato trovare diversi lavori in corso che non hanno permesso di vedere molte statue e alcune aree, ma nonostante questo Pompei resta un luogo di immensa bellezza e valore storico, assolutamente da visitare.

A fascinating visit to Pompeii. Being able to wander around the site at our own pace was ideal for us. The only thing I would improve would be clearer instructions regarding how to get to the correct entrance gate from Pompeii railway station. The correct entrance for us was a 15 minute walk from the station.

Das Büro, um die Voucher in Eintrittskarten umtauschen zu können liegt nur eine Minute vom Eingang von Pompeii entfernt. Ledidlich der Hinweis, dass es sich um Voucher handelt ist im Onlineportal nicht gut zu erkennen. Somit gingen wir zuerst an den Eingang von Pompeji und mussten nochmal zurück.

Die Navigation entsprach leider nicht der Nummerierung vor Ort. Das Navi konnte die einzelnen Bereiche nicht korrekt zuordnen, sodass man häufig die Häuser neu suchen oder ständig abgleichen musste. Das hat sehr viel Zeit gekostet und zusätzlich stark am Handy-Akku gezehrt. Dadurch wurde der Gesamteindruck von Pompeji leider negativ beeinflusst. Ich kann den Audioguide daher nicht empfehlen. Zudem sollte man vor Ort nochmals 10 € extra bezahlen, obwohl dieser bereits im Ticket enthalten war. Das ist aus meiner Sicht nicht nachvollziehbar und sehr ärgerlich.

No fué nada especial, compras las entradas plus, con audioguia, y resulta que la audioguía es la de la aplicación(QUE ES POCO CLARA Y NO SE CORRESPONDE CON UNA VISITA SEGÚN LA NUMERACIÓN DEL RECINTO). Y por si fuera poco, para cambiar las entradas online, tienes que ir a la oficina de turismo, y allí te intentan vender de todo, y si quieres la audioguía oficial, te dicen que no entra con tus entradas y la tienes que pagar, y encima no te dan ni un triste plano del recinto. UNA ESTAFA!

The visit to Pompei was very good. However, the ticket instructions were wholly inadequate. There was no indication that the voucher had to be exchanged for a real ticket and no instructions as to where to do that. The result was that we had to wait in three different queues and walk over 1km from one entrance to another (this was hard for mobility impaired people). It is true that the ticket referred to the via Roma entrance but there were no signs in Pompei stating which that was.

Não foi disponibilizado áudio guia que tinha comprado como suplemento. Muita preocupação em vender um livro só para fornecer um mapa. O funcionário que estava à porta a orientar a fila foi pouco simpático e muito autoritário.
