A great experience for the whole family. With a great value for money we could visit 3 different attractions. They were all nature related. Being a homeschool family we value the natural interactions. It was a wonderful experience, easy to access all the attractions and an opportunity for bonding and learning together.

All 3 parks on Phillip Island, easily booked through Headout, provided diverse and interesting experiences. Churchill Island gave a historical perspective, while the Koala reserve informed us of endangered species. The Penguin Parade was the highlight, with the penguins arriving via a "penguin raft" to nest in their burrows for the night.

What made my visit with Headout special was how easy and convenient the whole experience was. The booking process was simple, everything went smoothly on the day, and I also received a discount on other tickets, which was a great bonus. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable and worthwhile.

The tickets bout from Headout were simple to use at each destination. Just scanned the tickets at the gate- no need to chase up anything at all. Will definitely use Headout again in future for tickets

Experience wildlife and heritage at Phillip Island’s most iconic attractions

Spend a memorable day at Phillip Island, where nature, wildlife, and history come together for an unforgettable experience. With access to three of the island’s top attractions—Penguin Parade, Koala Conservation Reserve, and Churchill Island—this adventure is perfect for families, nature lovers, and curious explorers alike.

Stroll among sleepy koalas in the treetops

Begin your journey at the Koala Conservation Reserve, where treetop boardwalks wind through native bushland. As you walk through the eucalyptus trees, you'll come face-to-face with koalas dozing in the branches, completely undisturbed in their tranquil environment. The reserve also offers a chance to spot wallabies and vibrant native birds while learning about the ongoing conservation efforts to protect these iconic marsupials.

Step back in time on Churchill Island

Next, explore the historic charm of Churchill Island. With its 19th-century cottages, heritage gardens, and working farm, the island invites you to experience a slower pace of life. Observe daily farming demonstrations like cow milking and sheep shearing, or simply take in the peaceful scenery along the walking trails overlooking the coast.

Watch nature’s nightly show at the Penguin Parade

As evening sets in, make your way to Phillip Island Nature Park for the world-famous Penguin Parade. From the general viewing platform, you’ll witness hundreds of little penguins emerging from the ocean and waddling across the beach to their burrows. Follow their journey along the boardwalks and spend time at the visitor centre, where interactive exhibits offer deeper insight into the life of these fascinating creatures.
