Easy to get tickets, find the transfer area, and get to the park. The bus itself was very clear, comfortable temperature and had a port to charge devices. No issues at all with accessing our tickets and setting up the Disneyland Park app from the voucher purchased through Headout. We decided to take the train back as we wanted to leave earlier than the park closure, and our guide was helpful in directing us how to take the train back. Definitely worth booking through them as Ubers can be costly

Boa tarde, o dia na Disney foi perfeito, um sonho para minha esposa. Viemos em lua de mel para aproveitar o dia, o parque nao estava tão cheio e conseguimos aproveitar todas as atrações do primeiro parque e ainda conseguimos tirar muitas ss fotos legais. Foi um sonho misturado a realidade! Quando chegamos logo ja teve um desfile e foi muito mágico! Adoramos o dia! Obrigado Disney

The departure to the venue was very convenient and Disneyland Paris exceeded our expectations. The hostess on the bus was very pleasant and quite informative. However, we were informed as we boarded the coach (given no advance notice) that we were not going to be dropped off where we were picked up due to detours with the Tour de France, and no one could provide us with an alternate plan - we were left to figure out! At the end of the venue, we were dropped off quite a ways from where we had boarded the coach (which was very trying after walking around Disneyland for 10 hours!). We asked the coach driver if he could at least get us closer to our original drop off, and he could not accommodate us. We walked approximately 4 miles, and we finally arrived at our original drop off location and saw there were no detours of any kind, and there was no reason that we could not have been brought back as was stated in our itinerary. We feel this was very poor customer we service.

Very satisfied with the experience. Upon arriving at the boarding point, everything was well organized to depart on time. Likewise, on the return, there was a staff member guiding us on which bus to take. I would definitely purchase the experience service again and highly recommend it.

The visit was good, unless the hour of the trip back scheduled for 9 pm. The transport back should take into Account the closing of the Park Leaving at 23:30

Start your Disney day with a convenient pick-up from your selected location in Paris and travel comfortably on the official Disneyland® Paris Express shuttle. Once you arrive, you’re free to begin at either Disneyland® Park or Disney® Adventure World and move between both parks at your own pace.

Getting started

Head to your selected pick-up point and check in with your booking confirmation. Board the official Disneyland® Paris Express shuttle and travel to Disneyland® Paris. On arrival, follow signs to the entrance and allow time for mandatory security checks before entering the parks.

What to bring

Make sure to present your tickets in the shuttle and not the cash desk of Disneyland® Paris.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that large suitcases and bags are not allowed inside the park.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along.

Accessibility

This experience may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, as certain areas are not fully accessible.

Additional information

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Infants aged 2 and under get free admission to the shuttle as well as to Disney Park.

Make sure to head to the specified pickup point mentioned in your reservation. If arriving at a different pickup point, availability on the bus at alternate stops cannot be guaranteed.

Note: Between the 8th to the 23rd august, you can also opt for a return at 11pm, but you will have to send an email to contact@magicways.fr at least 7 days before the excursion date. If nothing is received from your end, you will be added automatically to the 9pm return. This choice will be permanent after that deadline.
