Mon expérience à Disneyland Paris a été dans l’ensemble très positive et restera un merveilleux souvenir. Dès l’entrée dans les parcs, on est plongé dans un univers magique grâce aux décors magnifiques, à l’attention portée aux moindres détails et à l’atmosphère unique qui règne dans chaque espace. Les attractions sont nombreuses, bien entretenues et adaptées à différents types de visiteurs. Les spectacles, les parades et les rencontres avec les personnages Disney apportent une véritable touche de rêve qui fait la différence par rapport à d’autres parcs d’attractions. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la propreté du parc, l’organisation générale et l’investissement de nombreux membres du personnel qui contribuent à rendre la visite agréable. La majorité des employés que j’ai rencontrés étaient souriants, disponibles et professionnels, ce qui correspond parfaitement à l’esprit d’accueil que l’on attend d’une destination aussi emblématique. Cependant, je tiens également à signaler une expérience négative avec un membre du personnel lors d’une attraction. Son comportement et son manque d’amabilité m’ont déçu, car cela contraste fortement avec l’image de bienveillance, de respect et de magie que Disneyland Paris souhaite transmettre à ses visiteurs. Une telle attitude peut malheureusement avoir un impact sur l’expérience d’un client, surtout dans un lieu où l’on vient justement pour vivre un moment exceptionnel. Malgré cet incident isolé, je garde une très bonne impression générale de ma visite. Disneyland Paris reste un endroit unique, capable de faire rêver les enfants comme les adultes. J’espère simplement que des efforts continueront à être faits concernant la formation et l’accompagnement de certains membres du personnel afin que chaque visiteur puisse repartir avec uniquement des souvenirs positifs et profiter pleinement de la magie Disney.

Title: A Magical Family Adventure Filled with Thrills, Characters and Unforgettable Memories Booking our Disneyland Paris visit through Headout was seamless and convenient, making the entire experience stress-free for our family of four. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the spectacular character parade, which brought Disney magic to life for both children and adults alike. We thoroughly enjoyed the incredible 4D and virtual ride experiences, especially Ratatouille: The Adventure and Frozen: A Musical Invitation. Phantom Manor was delightfully spooky and entertaining, while the thrilling rides in Frontierland provided plenty of excitement and adrenaline. "It's a Small World" was a beautiful and relaxing experience that the whole family loved. From start to finish, everything was well organised and unforgettable. Highly recommended for families looking to create magical memories at Disneyland Paris!

An absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked through the gates of Disneyland Paris, the magic was truly everywhere. The attention to detail throughout the park is simply breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere is filled with pure joy and nostalgia. We had an absolute blast on the rides—**Hyperspace Mountain** and the **Tower of Terror** were definite adrenaline-pumping highlights! 🎢✨ Beyond the thrills, the cast members were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make our day special. To top it all off, the spectacular nighttime illuminations and fireworks over the Sleeping Beauty Castle left us completely speechless. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or just a kid at heart, this place delivers on every single level. A phenomenal 10/10 trip—I already can't wait to go back!

Was fun to visit Disneyland Paris. I know the US parks intimately. I worked in Florida on Lion King for years os those parks were home. I was in Paris oark for one day so I paid for Premium access. The lines are not as long as US but it was still worth it. I 40 minute wait become 5-10 minutes and allowed me to see more of the parks. I did both successfully in 12 hours with a two hour dinner in those hours. Train to the park is easy. I went out of Gare De Lyon. it is two floors down and a bit tricky to find. Best of luck and enjoy yur time at the parks.

We thougt it was very expensive for entry fee and we also had to pay for parking but we had a very good day in the 2 parks and the prices inside the park was ok for both souvenirs and drinks and food. The time in line was also ok and we did not think the parks was crowded. Disney Stars on parade was a succes and we also very much liked the Disney Tales Of Magic to finish the day. We had a very good day i Disneyland Paris and we would love to come back.

Der Zugriff auf die Tickets war sehr einf gestaltet. Die in der App angegebenen Informationen über das Disneyland waren sehr hilfreich bei dessen Erkundung. Zudem war die Wegbeschreibung sehr nützlich, um schnell zum Park zu kommen. Das Disneyland war an sich sehr schön, jedoch mangelte es sehr an vielseitigem Essen, da es vorwiegend Burger gab.

Disney is enchanting, this is my third time going and it's wonderful. I highly recommend you take a day to experience it; it's magical. The fireworks display is amazing.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and bulky luggage are not permitted inside the parks.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for special dietary needs.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered assistance animals.

Alcohol, illegal substances, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Drones, skateboards, scooters, and bicycles are not allowed within the parks.

Selfie sticks, tripods, and professional photography equipment are not permitted.

Accessibility

The parks are wheelchair accessible, with accessible restrooms and facilities available throughout.

Wheelchair rental is available at the entrance, subject to availability.

Service animals are welcome in most areas of the parks.

Important travel advisory: 8–23 August 2026

The RER A will be partially closed between Vincennes and Noisy-le-Grand–Mont d’Est due to scheduled maintenance.

Trains will continue operating between Noisy-le-Grand–Mont d’Est and Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy, the station serving Disneyland® Paris.

Replacement buses will operate along the affected section. Allow extra travel time from Paris or consider an alternative mode of transport.

Check the RATP website before departure for the latest service updates.

Ticket and visit information

Your ticket grants same-day access to both Disneyland® Park and Disney® Adventure World.

Children under 3 years of age enter free but must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

Re-entry is permitted on the same day; ensure you keep your ticket for re-admission.

All guests are subject to security checks at the entrance.

Some attractions may have height, age, or health restrictions: please review park guidelines in advance.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
