Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the tour.

The tour operates in all weather conditions.

Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available for accommodations outside the city centre; extra surcharges apply for certain locations. If staying in Rovaniemi city centre, guests must walk to the office at Rovakatu 24, 96200 Rovaniemi.

Hotel pick-ups commence 10–60 minutes prior to the start time; your pick-up time will be confirmed by email.

Cancellation fees apply: 100% if cancelled 1 day or less before, 50% if 7 days or less, 10% if 365 days or less.
