The transport was seamless and the views on the ride and st the top were breathtaking. It is like a very mini ski resort. There are also various designs of toboggans available for free which was fun for young and old. We were very disappointed with the zoo. The enclosures for the birds and animals were very small and we found it depressing for that reason.

My visit to the Top of Innsbruck was excellent! The process, from booking the ticket to reaching the highest point of the observation deck. The app is very easy to use and it is very simple to purchase tickets through it. The cable car ride was very nice, and once at the top of the mountain, I was able to enjoy incredible views! It is a highly recommended experience for anyone visiting Innsbruck.

I'm from St. Louis, Missouri and it was such a beautiful excursion to take the cable car to the first stop and then the gondola to the other stops. The hike to the top was tiring, but so worth it. We were fortunate to see a little goat and of course the views were spectacular!

Buying the tickets was easy, fast and comfortable. The tickets came within a minute and all tickets are comfortable and neat above each other as a QR-Code. Three Codes but all together so no switching between different ticket or mails or whatever. Very convenient! Even with stroller everything was comfortable to reach. One bad thing is that other people like to use the cable car highlited for elderly and stroller. Stuff are very friendly and helpful to open the doors and let those pass the gates. Stuff are always joyful. For parents who don't do this often it is good to bring and have drinks ready for the kids if going up or down so they can relieve pressure from the ears. I'm not sure if drinks and food are allowed in the cable cars but in those times the stuff didn't mind and shouldn't. Over all a very nice experience. One small details that wasn't so nice is the price for adults. Maybe it's fair for those who make the price. For me as a customer it seems a bit much. Very big plus on the other hand are the prices for kids!! Perhaps the price for the adult make it even with those of the kids.

Perched high above the rooftops, the Restaurant Seegrube offers a delectable selection of traditional Tyrolean cuisine, accompanied by awe-inspiring vistas of the city below. You can also upgrade and opt-in for access to the Alpine Zoo. Finally, choose to save some money by selecting the happy hour tickets which give you a 20% discount if you enter before 9:30am or after 3:30pm.

The Hungerburg Funicular is accessible for wheelchair, pram, and stroller users.

Pets and guide dogs are allowed to tag along. However, they must wear a muzzle or must remain in a suitable transport box during the cable car rides and will not be transported without.
