The "meeting spot" is not a meeting spot- no guide is coming to get you. This was unclear and we had to run to the actual location of the boat- go in to the ticket office and they'll tell you where to go. There were also 3 different time lines- 4 hours, 5 hours, 4 and half hours... it's was around 5. Lack of clarity, but the experience was cool. About 45 minutes on each island.

It was very well orgainise, giving us time to explore on our own (would have liked a little bit more time). They were extremely friendly staff and always told us what time to be back at and it ran like clockwork. The day was a horrible rainy day but it really didn't spoil the trip as it was so good and the glass making demonstration was amazing.

Glass blowing on Murano was lovely, Burano's fisherman's houses are picturesque and Torcello is very tranqui. The guide's commentary was very enlightening. Would have rated 5 stars but you don't get enough time at any of the destinations. The itinerary stated 75 minutes at each one but we only had 50.

The tour was really interesting. But I did not enjoy Torcello island at all. I would omit the island and give that time to Murajo and Burano islands

Fue muy cómoda la excursión ya que en una mañana visitamos las tres islas y el recorrido fue tal como estaba anunciado. No me gustó que no se incluía las explicaciones en español (y yo compré una excursión que incluía el español y no fue así). Aun así el guía fue amable de hacernos brevísimas explicaciones en español. La visita a la fábrica de cristal estuvi muy bien y sí hubo aclaraciones en nuestro idioma.
