⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A must-visit in Amsterdam! The Moco Museum was one of the highlights of our visit to Amsterdam. It’s vibrant, creative and beautifully curated, with an incredible mix of modern, contemporary, digital and immersive art. Seeing iconic works by Banksy, Warhol, Haring, Basquiat and Kusama was fantastic, while the immersive installations added a completely different and exciting dimension to the experience. Every room offers something unique, thought-provoking and visually impressive. The museum is also a great size to explore without feeling overwhelming. Whether you’re passionate about art or simply looking for a memorable and different experience in Amsterdam, Moco is absolutely worth visiting. Inspiring, engaging and full of surprises — we thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it!

Le Musée Moco est très intéressant. Entrée très rapide grâce aux réservations faites sur Headout. Le musée est sympa , plus petit que ses camarades tout proches mais très bien tout de même. Petit bémol toutefois : il n'est indiqué nulle part, que le musée est situé sur plusieurs étages sans ascenseurs. Pas prévu pour personne handicapée.

This is a very small but unique contemporary museum. The works range from Banksy to Warhol. It takes about and hour to 1.5 hours to see it all (if you take your time reading and listening to the guide) The Instagram moments on the basement are just OK, nothing ground breaking.

Loved it! Beautiful way to spend a rainy Amsterdam morning, incredible collection of artwork - inspiring and joyful experience. Surrounding garden area and view from the top building a bonus. Would recommend to any visitors to Amsterdam.

Had a great time seeing some pretty cool art, was busy but not crowded... Pre ordered tickets to save some money, would definitely recommend for something interesting to do in Amsterdam.

Pets are not permitted inside the museum. Only registered service animals and guide dogs are allowed.

Hats are not allowed in the exhibition spaces.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the museum.

Luggage, large bags, and oversized items are not allowed.

Accessibility

The museum is not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers because the historic building has stairs and no lifts.

Only registered service dogs are permitted.

Strollers can be parked in the garden.

Additional information

Arrive at the beginning of your selected time slot for guaranteed entry. A 5-minute grace period is provided.

The museum is located on Museumplein, making it easy to pair your visit with other major museums nearby.

You can reach the Moco Museum via GVB tram lines 2, 5, and 12 or bus 88.

Opening hours change depending on the season:

July and August: Sunday to Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 9pm

Rest of the year: Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday to Sunday 9am to 8pm

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Paid parking is available nearby at Q-Park Museumplein.
