It was a great way to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday. Everything went smoothly, leaving and returning at the exact time advertised. The service on board was excellent as was the choices of sandwiches and cakes. We are familiar with the places of interest on the Thames but the commentary was both interesting and humorous. Thankyou

The whole experience was great, really well organised. The afternoon tea was perfectly adequate in fact there were more than enough cakes supplied. The staff were really friendly despite having to work to a tight schedule. The river views were spectacular, made better by the brilliant sunshine and blue sky. Also, the unofficial guided tour of the the river views was done with humour which made it enjoyable. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Everything was great staff friendly, food very nice and lees talk was very informative and funny . Loved it and would do it again . Haven't seen London by boat before and was a nice change .

The design of ferry is well considered so the view is good. The staff are nice. But food can be improved as some are too sweet for us.
