We arrived with VIP tickets, so we could choose our entry time, but we just walked in the same as everyone else, so that part didn't feel like VIP. The characters were amazing, they played their part to the Hilt. You can't have your picture taken with any of them though. At the end you get standard photos without paying because of the VIP package and a cocktail. Great fun to do, highly recommend. Karl.

Adorei a experiência. Não há fila para entrar, o que é ótimo e o tempo de espera para iniciar a atração é divertido com muita intereção com o staff. Acho que é uma forma interativa, educacional e divertida para aprender mais sobre a história da Inglaterra. Há sempre uma introdução e conteúdo sobre o que irá passar. Os jump scares são do melhor, acho que uma melhoria seria tocar em pessoas aleatórias no escuro para dar mais emoção ao medo. Fui desafiada logo no início do jogo a percorrer um corredor meio escuro sozinha e devo dizer que superei o medo e conclui com sucesso. O Riper e a bruxa são fenomenais, com experiência de jump scare ótimas. O cabeleireiro tem a parte sensorial que acrescenta poder à experiência. Por fim, a queda livre é a cereja no topo do bolo.

Very well done! Would definitely recommend it! Not sure about spending the extra money on the VIP experience because you got nothing for it but apart from that it was fantastic!

Arrive at the London Dungeon at any time on your selected date and present your ticket at the entrance. There’s no need to stick to a specific slot—just show up when it suits you. After ticket validation, you’ll receive your Digital Photo Pass and can begin your immersive journey.

What to bring

Have your entry tickets and a valid ID ready for a smooth and seamless experience.

What’s not allowed

Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and outside food or beverages are not permitted.

Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not allowed.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour.

Guests with accessibility needs can book a free carer ticket alongside their own.

Pregnant guests are welcome at the Dungeon, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable.

Additional information

Recommended minimum age is 12 years; guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
