După ce am respirat aerul curat, intrând in sălile organizate pentru vizitare, am trăit cu ajutorul audioguide viața personajelor, ca intr-un film, plin de emoții și sentimente reale, făcând parte parcă din timpurile de atunci și participând efectiv la viața Palatului. Toate felicitările pentru organizatori.

I loved the section on the last princesses of Punjab. It s was so fascinating and something I had never known was connected to Queen Victoria at all! The staff promoting it as you visit Kensington is amazing and exactly what that exposition needs. The spotlight they've placed here is amazing. Another side of British history that deserves to be told just as much.

like all of your useless system designed for only young, computer savvy people to understand I did not intentionally give you 5 stars; I intended to give you none. Because I hadn't managed to download a ticket when I paid you, Kensington Palace wouldn't accept my receipt of payment & I had to buy another ticket. Thanks, Headout, I won't be using you again. Kensington Palace is lovely. The self guided audio tour is well done and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Booking through Headout was easy and the customer service was exceptional when I was having issues downloading my tickets (user error - not their fault).

See a tribute to Princess Diana

Explore the opulent King's and Queen's State Apartments, marveling at the ornate ceilings, intricate woodwork, and priceless art, including the captivating King's Staircase adorned with vibrant paintings of royal court life. Escape the hustle and bustle in the serene Sunken Garden, a peaceful oasis perfect for relaxation. Audioguides are available directly from the venue at the Hub, next to the ticket scanning desk. You can pick up a physical device on a first-come, first-served basis, or access the digital version via the Visitor's Guide. Audioguide handout closes at 3pm.
