We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion to Jungfraujoch Top of Europe Round-trip. Everything went smoothly accessing the tickets and having time-stamped reservations. The views were amazing at Eigergletscher and even more at the top of Jungfraujoch. The discovery tour at the top was well worth walking through. The sculptures in the Ice Palace were beautiful, walking outside on the Glacier Plateau was a fun experience and taking pictures from the Sphinx Terrace will keep our memories alive. I would highly recommend this excursion.

Such a magical, mesmerising view at Jungfraujoch. Well worth the time catching the gondola up the mountainside, the train ride up to Jungfraujoch and the view from the top.

Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement, du parking aux différents points de départ pour le téléphérique, en passant par le train à crémaillère pour monter jusqu’aux points d’observation et aux expériences, jusqu’aux aires d’arrêt et d’attente en cours de trajet. Je tiens vraiment à féliciter vos équipes pour la qualité de l’ingénierie et des constructions sur le sommet, dans des conditions météorologiques extrêmes, au cœur d’un environnement de neige et de glace éternelles ! Je suis tout particulièrement impressionné par le tunnel de glace éternelle, avec ses sculptures et ses aménagements piétonniers à l’intérieur : vraiment admirable ! Seulement un petit regret : le jour de notre expérience, il n’y avait pas de soleil, car le ciel était couvert de brume. En revanche, la neige est tombée en plein été, ce qui constitue une expérience rare et précieuse pour nous, venus d’un pays tropical. Merci à vous !

We visited the summit, taking the Eiger Express cable car up and returning via the green and yellow train; the chance to see the breathtaking scenery was an indescribable delight. There are several restaurants at the summit, including a Mövenpick that caters to Halal requirements and accepts orders in Arabic—a feature I really appreciated. A big thank you to everyone at the summit, especially the organizers, who were fantastic.

Our trip to Jungfraujoch was definitely a HUGE highlight on our recent 10 day trip in Switzerland. Everything, from the time we left the station, going up the cable car and then the Eiger Express as well as all the experiences at the top were magnificent! The views, the snow, the ice palace as well as the snow park were all amazing! Not to mention a great hot chocolate in the restaurant.

It was clouded over when we first got there, but we waited and finally the sun came out to give us spectacular views of the mountains and glaciers. The ice palace was fun to go through, beautiful ice sculptures. The history of the building of this place shows the skill and endurance of those who made this possible. At the sphinx, were the best views!! All in all- it was fabulous.

Es war alles super . Im grossen und ganzen hat es reibungslos funktioniert. Es war schön sonnig am eismeer sind wir beim rauffahren stehen geblieben. Das einzige das nicht klar raus zu lesen war das wir um 10:15 schon am Bahnhof von der zahntradbahn auf die jungffrau sein sollten , nicht erst bei der Eiger express. Die Angestellten haben das sehr gelassen gesehen. Danke

Une montée facile et rapide et confortable jusqu'au Paradis Blanc 1h30 de séjour ludique et instructif au sommet avant la descente que nous avons finalement décidé de faire à pied depuis le haut du téléphérique pour savourer encore plus longtemps les paysages merveilleux du pays de la Jungfrau. Un souvenir magnifique qui nous accompagnera pendant de longue année

Servizio impeccabile, preciso, pulitissimo, alto senso di sicurezza degli impianti. Appena si arriva in cima c'è un bellissimo percorso di più di un'ora che va assaporato con calma per osservare la meraviglia del ghiacciaio dell' Aletsch, il più grande delle Alpi. Tesori preziosi per il pianeta da proteggere.
