I saw the busses around London and decided to book a 24 hour pass. They app was easy to navigate and for a person who has trouble walking long distances but wants to see London, this is the way go! go!

I enjoyed the commentary and learning about London, and being able to get on and off the bus to visit the places that interested me. However as a disabled guest I was surprised at the different attitudes of the drivers. Some were willing to put the ramp out for me, and some offered their support to manage getting on the bus. However, some would not lower the ramp despite being asked, and sat and watch my friend (who walks with a stuck) struggle to get me, my rollator and bag onto the bus

We had an absolutely brilliant visit to SEA LIFE London Aquarium and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, the whole family was captivated — but it was truly magical seeing the pure joy and excitement on my kids' faces throughout the entire experience. The displays are wonderfully immersive and educational, and the variety of marine life on show is incredible. My children were completely in awe — pointing, gasping, and asking endless questions at every tank! The shark walkthrough tunnel was a definite highlight and had the kids buzzing with excitement for the rest of the day. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The whole venue was well-organised, clean, and easy to navigate with little ones in tow. It's rare to find an attraction that genuinely engages children so deeply while also being enjoyable for adults — SEA LIFE London absolutely delivers on that. We left with huge smiles, happy kids, and memories we'll treasure for a long time. We will absolutely be coming back! Highly recommended for any family looking for a wonderful day out in London.

We had a fantastic visit to SEA LIFE London Aquarium and would definitely recommend it. It wasn’t too busy during our visit, which made it much more enjoyable and relaxed. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout, and the aquarium was very easy to navigate. There was a brilliant and wide selection of sea life to see, with plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. Everything was clean and well maintained, which really added to the overall experience. A great day out with lots to see and do — definitely worth a 5-star rating!

Our biggest surprise was the "Jack the Ripper" walking tour with Emma. Outstanding! We enjoyed riding around London, and didn't discover the audio until late in the ride. We liked the different stops, but we stayed on until the Tower of London. Wonderful tour, and able to buy the tickets from the Headout vendor at the Tower. Thank you for the trip.

Amazing experience at the aquarium. Loved by every member of the family, young and old. You can easily spend a couple of hours gazing at the beautiful marine life. The shark tank is just wonderful!
