Kids' Shows in London

We saw The Lion King in London’s West End and it was honestly such a special experience. When “Circle of Life” started and the performers came down the aisles, the whole theatre went completely quiet – it gave me goosebumps. The stage feels a bit more intimate, but that actually makes everything feel closer and more immersive. The costumes are incredible and so detailed, and the music sounds even more powerful live. Watching it with my daughter made it even better – she was completely absorbed the entire time. Definitely one of those shows you walk out of still thinking about.

The Lion King show was simply majestic. The sets are absolutely stunning, breathtakingly beautiful, and the costumes are incredibly impressive. The songs and dances are captivating from beginning to end. You don’t want to miss a single moment — you’re almost afraid to blink in case you miss something on stage. It was pure magic. I already can’t wait to go back, because one thing is certain: I will definitely see it again!

A lively, clever production with a fantastic young cast, great songs, and lots of heart. A joyful show for kids and adults

Es ist ein sehr familienfreundliches Musical, was sich auch im Großteil des Publikums gezeigt hat, da die Geschichte nicht allzu kompliziert, jedoch interessiert gestaltet ist. Sowohl die zahlreichen Kinder als auch die erwachsenen Darsteller haben eine bewundernswerte Performance abgeliefert. Jede Szene war amüsant; vom Anfang bis zur letzten Sekunde. Ich habe das Musical zum ersten Mal in London gesehen und war sehr beeindruckt! Auch die Musik war wunderschön und die meisten Lieder waren mir noch nicht bekannt, bis auf ca. zwei Songs. Ich saß zwar in der letzten Reihe, habe jedoch die ganze Bühne gut überschauen können..

Prachtig theater, vriendelijk personeel, fenomenale show door professionals uitgevoerd, van jong tot "wat ouder". Voor iedereen! Geweldige meezingers aan het einde van de show. Een dikke MUST DO voor iedereen die Londen bezoekt.

Atmosfera fantástica, show irrevogável, músicas e interpretação fiéis ao filme e banda. Iria mais vezes assistir, recomendo !!!

Die Show ist sehr gut, es ist alles etwas kleiner und daher sieht man eigentlich von jedem Platz aus gut. Bis auf rechts und links hinten würde ich sagen, man macht nichts falsch. Teilweise sind die Lieder oder Teile davon etwas laut, das ist es etwas unangenehm. Das ist aber nur ein geringer Prozentsatz, daher trübt es das Erlebnis nicht maßgeblich :). Schlecht gelöst finde ich das Foyer. Sehr klein, kaum Plätze zum Sitzen. Es steht, Einlass 2 h vorher - also entweder ist man da auch schon da und bekommt einen Platz oder beschränkt sich auf eine halbe h vorher, denn da ist Saaleinlass. Gemütlich vorher noch zusammen sitzen spielt es eher nicht. Die Preise für Getränke und Snacks sind ok, Londonniveau, d.h. das zahlt man überall anders auch. Getränke und Popcorn dürfen mit in den Saal, heißes Essen nicht.

It was just fantastic from start to finish. We went to the Albert hall to see Cirque de soliel two years ago for my husbands birthday and repeated the experience this year. The Albert Hall is an absolutely stunning venue and was just perfect for a performance such as this. We both absolutely loved every moment. The gymnasts are just incredible. What an experience! Hopefully we will visit again in another couple of years.
