They were knowledgeable, clearly loved the elephants, and guided us through all of the activites with fun and friendliness. The onky thing to be aware of is the booking process. I booked for the half-day afternoon but a driver showed up at 6am to my hotel. Also, the description doesn't state when the actual day starts, which is two hours before the stated start time. The time listed is when the tour starts at the sanctuary, NOT when you will be picked up.FFelix R
