Questo pomeriggio abbiamo visitato la Tour Eiffel con un tour guidato ed è stata un’esperienza davvero coinvolgente. La guida era preparata e appassionata, capace di raccontare curiosità storiche e aneddoti interessanti che hanno reso la visita molto più viva e meno “turistica”. L’organizzazione è stata puntuale e ben gestita, permettendoci di evitare lunghe attese. Salire sulla Torre e ammirare Parigi dall’alto, nonostante il freddo, è stato emozionante e suggestivo. Una visita che consigliamo assolutamente per capire davvero il valore simbolico e storico di questo monumento iconico.

It was fantastic. The group was small and friendly. Although young, Chloe turned out to be a skillful and expirienced guide and utterly up to the task. She told us everything we wanted to know about the tower and gave us some useful tips as well. The guide leads you up to the 2nd floor (which is pretty high!) and provides you with instructions about the rest. The weather was gloomy but one needs to know that it rains some 270 days a year in Paris. Here is a pic taken from the very top of the tower. Absolute recommendation for Chloe and the crew!

Definitiv zu empfehlen! Unser Guide Tina war super nett und überdurchschnittlich bemüht uns die kurzen Wartzeiten vorm Sicherheits-Check-in zu verkürzen indem Sie viele Infos mit uns teilte. Es war sehr kurzweilig und interessant. Den Eifelturm von oben zu sehen war überwältigend und hat die Reise zu was ganz besonderen gemacht. Die Führung war perfekt wie sie war! Definitiv buchen!!

La verdad que la experiencia en la Torre Eiffel estuvo genial, a pesar de que el clima nos tocó bastante feo y gris. Lo mejor de todo fue que no tuvimos que esperar nada; no había cola e incluso entramos directo por la fila rápida reservada para guías, lo cual ahorra muchísimo tiempo y te hace sentir muy seguro con todo el protocolo de acceso. Un dato clave para otros viajeros es que, aunque te citan a una hora, la entrada real al monumento es recién unos 15 minutos después del horario de reunión inicial, así que no se desesperen. Sabemos que las entradas de cima por elevador son difíciles de conseguir a veces, pero por el sitio Headout se simplifica todo muchísimo. Recorrimos desde el primer y segundo piso hasta subir en ascensor al último nivel. Nuestra guía fue una genia: aunque el tour era oficialmente solo en inglés, fue súper simpática e hizo un esfuerzo bárbaro por hablarnos en español para que no nos perdiéramos nada. Pasamos un momento muy bueno y las vistas, aun con nubes, son totalmente imbatibles.

What to bring

Individuals must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, to access the tower grounds.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

The 1st and 2nd floors are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

Each year, the top of the Eiffel Tower closes for maintenance and renovations. It will be closed from 5th January, 2026.

Please note that you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

This tour can accommodate a maximum of 20 people in 1 group.

Expect to stand in line for a security check at entry, which can take between 2 to 4 hours during peak season.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

Waiting times are to be expected for a security check when you enter.
