The guide was very friendly, wven tho she was a canibal :) fun way to tell historical story involving tourists in it. Amazingly suitable voice 😍 love it. It was really interesting and educational to be part of history of Edinburgh:) thank you very much!!!

Absolutely fantastic insight to the darker side of Edinburgh's fascinating history.
From 15th century attempted regicides to 18th and 19th century advances in medecine using somewhat unethical methods, this tour is a wonderfully enlightening experience.
As for our guide, Soldier John, he brought the whole tour alive with his ghastly, ghostly, gruesome tales told with such enthusiasm and knowledge.

The Scoth Whisky Experience was our first stop of the day and it was incredible! The tour was fun and informative, our guide Victoria was a delight, and the final stop (not gonna spoil it in a review) was a CAN NOT MISS! 100% recommend! I will say the meeting location listed in the app was incorrect and you meet inside the building not out front.
The Edinburgh Dungeon was a wild time! I went to this attraction 20 years ago and it has completely changed from what it was back in the day and because I didn't look into it and expected it to just be the same two decades later, I inadvertently took my best friend to a scare experience (and she is not a fan of scare experiences) but thankfully she did enjoy herself (which is why I am able to write this today!) And I had a blast! The scare actors were incredibly talented and the scares were absolutely earned! And we both appreciated that there was no touching. That's always a point of contention here in the states with grabbing. 100% worth doing if you like history and scares!

Mary Queen of Scott was amazing. The tour was really interesting. We had come in with very limited knowledge of what's going to happen. However our tour guide was so much fun and kept everyone engaged in her stories till the end :)
