What’s not allowed

• Large suitcases or bulky luggage are not suitable for this tour; bring only a small day bag.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.

• Do not touch fragile rock formations or enter restricted areas at historical sites.

Accessibility

• This tour includes moderate walking on uneven ground and is not wheelchair accessible.

• Some parts of the tour require walking uphill, using steps, or bending in confined spaces, especially in the narrow, low, and sloping passages of Kaymaklı Underground City.

• Please note that Kaymaklı Underground City has 8 levels in total, but only 4 illuminated levels are currently open to visitors and can be explored during the tour.
