Had a great experience with Headout! Booking was easy, everything went smoothly, and the whole process was hassle-free. Definitely a good option for planning activities while travelling and skipping lon queues. Even though i booked extra ticket by mistake, team provided me witht he wallet amount of approx $14. Thanks.

Everything is so simple and easy to make reservation or ticket booking with Headout. And is secure too with the payment getaway. We had enjoyed the scene at the sky terrace even though the haze was an issue lately.

At the entry of Superpark, it took quite a while to searc for tickets that I purchased from Headout. The ticketing staff helped me out but ask me to submit a complain. I was advised by the ticketing person during check in that he has to search in your email for QR code to scan for Entry tickets. It is not as convenient and obvious when compared to Klook. They told me of this difficult experience with many of their clients who purchase tickets from Headout. May be you can check directly with SuperPark Malaysia.

Lock in two Kuala Lumpur staples in one plan: KL Tower’s Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and Observation Deck, plus a timed SuperPark Malaysia session.

Kuala Lumpur Tower: Step onto the open-air Sky Deck and Sky Terrace, then head indoors to the Observation Deck for 360° views.

SuperPark Malaysia: Enjoy unlimited playtime during your selected session, with access to safety gear plus skateboards and scooters.

Switch between KL Tower’s open-air and indoor observation decks, then explore SuperPark’s three activity zones.

Visit both on the same day or split them up; your entry times are chosen at checkout, so plan a realistic gap between your two slots.

Waited 90 mins in the rain for the deck to reopen, but seeing the Twin Towers and Merdeka 118 light up was pure magic. Worth it!
