Getting started
Arrive at the Chambord Castle and head straight to the entrance after security checks. Your ticket skips the long ticket office lines but note that standard security screenings still apply. Have your ID ready for validation, then pick up a free visitor’s guide or watch a 20-minute film to set the scene for your visit.

For organized groups, admission is free from November to February for 6-17 year olds and 18-25 year olds from the European Union. From March to October, a reservation fee of €3 per person applies for these two categories.
