Our tour guide Jacob was great. We learned a lot about the falls history. Our tour was on a rainy windy cold November day and he showed up full of energy and kept us all entertained very well.

It was an amazing time and we reached out to them directly because we had traffic and parking issues... make sure you go early and not be stressed like us but they waited for us and were great about communication. Thank you Joel!
