Blue Mosque + Hagia Sophia Small-Group Guided Tour with Entry Tickets

Visit the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia on a 2.5-hour small-group guided tour with pre-reserved tickets for Hagia Sophia.

Getting started

Arrive 15 minutes early at Ersoy Bufe in Sultanahmet Square, across the German Fountain, to meet your expert local guide of your preferred language for the small-group guided tour. After a short introduction, your tickets are validated according to their timed entry slot. The group then begins the relaxed-paced walking route toward the historic mosques.

Blue Mosque

What to expect

This active mosque is one of Istanbul’s most recognized religious landmarks and the first major stop of your tour. You follow the dress code for mosque entry, then step inside with your guide for context and orientation before continuing through the complex.

Features

• Interior highlights are introduced at a relaxed pace during the 2.5-hour guided tour, so you have time to take in details without rushing between spaces.

• Your expert local guides explain how to observe mosque etiquette, including the rule that shoulders and knees must be covered and that women must wear a headscarf.

• Group size is kept to small groups for a more personal experience, which makes it easier to hear your guide’s commentary and ask questions inside and around the mosque.

Hagia Sophia

What to expect

Hagia Sophia is the centerpiece of the second part of your visit and often has long holiday queues. Your timed entrance is managed carefully, so you reach the security and entry area with your group before the tickets expire.

Features

• Pre-reserved tickets for Hagia Sophia are included, which means you skip on-site ticket purchasing and go directly to the entrance with your group.

• The visit here forms a substantial portion of your 2.5-hour guided tour at a relaxed pace, giving time for your guide’s explanations and your own photos.

• Commentary from expert local guides covers what you are seeing in real time, helping you navigate crowds while you focus on the building.

• The group remains in small groups for a more personal experience, so you can stay close to the guide and move efficiently through security and interior viewing areas.
