This two-hour guided adventure takes you deep into the heart of the park’s stunning walk-through aviaries, offering an up-close encounter with some of the world’s most fascinating birds.
Hand-feed your new feathered friends
Your journey begins with hand-feeding vibrant lories, lorikeets, and starlings. Watch as they eagerly slurp nectar and gobble seeds straight from your hand. Reserved seating at the Wings of the World show ensures you have the best view of the action, where parrots, macaws, and hornbills display their acrobatic prowess.
Wings, wonders, and walkthroughs
As you explore Nyungwe Forest, be transported to Africa's lush forested valleys. Here, you’ll encounter over 80 species of birds. The suspension bridges crisscross at varying heights, facilitating encounters with ground birds such as guineafowls and cranes and offering mid-canopy vistas of insects and fruit-eaters.
Next, venture into Wings of Asia, a breathtaking replica of Southeast Asia’s bamboo forests and rice terraces. This aviary is home to endangered species such as the Baer’s Pochard and Milky Stork. Take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service for a quick and comfortable ride around the park.
