Excellent. Friendly staff, nice showers and a good selection of food. I visited at 5.30 am and while busy, it didn't feel too crowded. The single booths are really great with excellent charging facilities. I'm visiting on every transit stop from now on and recommend it to everyone.

Great lounge. Very friendly and helpful reception. Asian food was varied and incredibly flavoursome, with wine (red, white and sparkling) and Tiger beer available. Shower facilities clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

A very peaceful space to relax in, for a longer than hoped layover in Singapore. The buffet was a broad selection of international food styles and a chilled glass of wine was a bonus. The pods were a quiet space to take a break from being in close proximity to others on the plane. The showers are spotless and the staff were very helpful with navigating the airport. Thanks SATS for a haven amidst the stress of international travel!

The shower facilities were very good with pleasant , clean mini bathrooms. The food and drink facilities were sufficient. The private seating areas were welcome, although the seating could have been more comfortable.

Enjoyable lounge, my trip was early in the morning so was empty, I can imagine it would fill up very quickly during the airport busy period.. as the lounge is not too big.. food was excellent clean and tidy

The SATS Premium Lounge T3: GOOD • easy to access • reception staff were welcoming • provided an opportunity to sit, relax or work • food and drink was ok, good choice and variety • clearing staff kept tables clear and clean • toilets were good • recharging- good access NOT SO GOOD • crowded and some people could not get seats or not together • most seats need recushioning - uncomfortable • seats did not have headrests • Inadequate comfortable seating • SAA departure flights not included on tvs
