Very comfortable lounge with a good selection of food and drinks. Was relatively quiet when I attended on. Friday evening which was a bonus. Checking I. With the biucher was easy and smooth, no problems at all. Certainly recommend booking through Headout.

The lounge was amazing, we loved using the facilities while we were waiting for our connecting flight. The only downside was five out of six of us got an upset tummy and we think it may have been from the chicken biryani as that is the only food item that we all ate that was the same.

Service and staff efficient and friendly. Thai food was excellent; shame the sushi wasn't feesh. I appreciated having a lounge to chill in and have a shower in between flights.

The lounge is a really relaxing space to visit pre-flight. There a quite a lot of lounges in Suvarnabhumi Airport, and locating this particualr lounge was a bit of challenge, but once in, it was really good (on a wider note, the general signage at the airport wasn't the best). In the lounge, thre was plenty of food to tuck into, and the quality was very good. I also used the shower room facility, and that was superb to be able to freshen up before flying

From the time I was brought to the Lounge in the wheelchair till I left - the staff were lovely - helpful & kind . Great experience with lovely people & a quiet calm atmosphere to be in fir a much needed time to relax £ enjoy good service food & atmosphere. I would definitely consider booking this again in the future . A very pleasant experience &hsvexakready shared with several people about what a great experience it was . Well done !

Easy to book and use. We had five hours late at night so it was a perfect choice. The food was good, we found a peaceful comfortable seat. I had a shower which was clean and they provide towels and shower gel. When we were there I had a hour and a half wait for the shower which was fine for us. But be warned if you are limited for time. Staff were lovely and helpful. Would use it again

The lounge is not clearly marked at Cosmo Coral - we went to multiply Coral lounges before we were allowed in. The staff neglected to inform us that of of the two showers weren't working, which meant only one of us had enough time to shower. The food was average. All in all a sub-par experience

Not much variety, a little in fact The bar was closed.. Didn't have my desired drinks. It's also misleading, you can only stay for 3 hours if you are already in the transit zone.. But with new check in, starting 3 hours before flight , you can only spend about one hour.

The lounge needs updating and the food choices were limited and of poor quality. I would not pay for this lounge again. It would have been preferable, for the money spent, to have sat in a cafe and paid for food/drinks.
