COVID Safety Regulations

• COVID antigen tests will be available (at an additional cost) at the venue

• Customers can book the tests upon arrival, corresponding staff will be allotted to manage these requests

• Visitors will receive results the same day to the given email address

Important Information

• Wear a swimsuit and closed-toe waterproof shoes for all activities

• Be sure to bring an extra change of clothes and a towel

• You will be provided with gloves for the ropes course. Return after completing the course

• Cameras, cellphones, selfie sticks, and other accessories are not allowed to film the activity. Only those that can be attached to a life jacket or helmet will be permitted

• Bring along sunscreen and insect repellent that is chemical-free

• Children under 12yrs of age, but over 4.5ft in height must present a photo ID to verify their age

• Some activities are not recommended for pregnant women, and guests suffering from epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, diabetes, neck and/or back problems, or recent surgeries

• All activities are subject to weather conditions

Ages 5-11yrs enjoy reduced ticket pricing (carry a valid photo ID)

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the venue

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid delays

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification

Hotel Transfers

• This tour includes hotel pickups and drop-offs

• This is applicable for hotels in Moon Palace, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or Cancun Playa Mujeres

• Please arrive at your hotel lobbies 10-15 min prior to the scheduled time of departure

• Your Headout host will be waiting for you at your lobby
