The purchase of tickets was easy from Headout Tours and the follow-up coordination provided by the tour operator was amazing as my cell phone did not work but they left a message with front desk to advise of time change of tour. The van driver was amazing picking us up and coordinating food for us. The tour guide I would guess was the best one there as he was full of knowledge with even the smallest detail, I observed other tour guides just flying by the exhibits and we were not, he had taken his time. I would rate this whole experience as a 10 out of 10. Jean Duguay Canada Really enjoyed the way it was arranged.

The whole experience was lovely – The transfer was super smooth and swift. We got super clear information every step of the way so we always knew what was expected of us to make this experience easy. It was really nice to have everything taken care of so well.

Incredible service. Our driver was punctual and very knowledgeable. Our guide at Auschwitz was amazing and her knowledge of the site and the history was out of this world. A humbling experience but would definitely recommend
