All very slick and professional. Pick up fro Hotel was on time. Journey to Auschwitz was scenic. The length of the tour is just right at Auschwitz, but I think it would have been good to have visited one of the mens huts at Birkenau too and not just the womens.

All the transports were well planned, a taxi brought us to the van. Our first guide Cyprian was very helpful and answered kindly of kind of questions. Our next guide in Auschwitz was good, but unfortunately some times we didn't hear him clearly through the microphone. We were disappointed that we didn't saw the main gate of Birkenau, because there was a preparation for an 80 anniversary and the gate was covered by a tent.

A visit to Auschwitz is not a fun experience, or should it ever be. Our guide was remarkably knowledgeable, empathetic, and took us through this profoundly sombre and emotionally draining event excellently. We were not overwhelmed with gruesome factoids, and she let the unspeakably grim evidence speak for itself and the voiceless dead.

Alles rondom de trip was goed geregeld. Er wordt duidelijk, tijdig en snel gecommuniceerd. Ook de gidsen zelf waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben een mooie tour gehad en raadt het anderen ook zeker aan om hier te boeken. It felt well-paced and smooth.

:We didn't realise we were not being picked up at our hotel. :Driver was grumpy : we had no time to eat in cafe and was rushed to get back on bus, where a coffee break would have been appreciated or informed to take a packed lunch and allowed to eat on bus between camps. :Had difficulty in hearing our guide, audio guide would have been useful.
