Notre contact sur place était bien présent comme prévu devant la conciergerie. Guide en français comme prévu. La guide traduit la visite réalisée par un guide du musée. Notre guide était très bien, beaucoup d explications, de détails donnés. Nous avons réalisé la visite en famille avec notre fille de 11 ans. La visite est émouvante, parfois prenante mais gerable avec une ado de cet age ( conseille à partir de 14 ans sur le site ) Navette prévue entre les 2 camps avec des temps de pause entre les 2 visites. Le seul point est que nous étions venu en direct avec notre voiture, nous avons du prendre la navette du musée pour le retour et pas celle de la visite organisée

Ordered tickets online make sure u order wer u can gt pick up at hotel and order at least 24hours b4 bring id wif you as u will need it it like airport security I got the train up to meeting point a bit of a chaos wen we arrived ther so many people didn't no wat meeting point ended up it was the luggage building and toilets wer r tour rep found us then brought us over to meet tour guide who happened to be brilliant at his job brilliant tour guide very sad ther but eye opening after tour coming hme was a bit hard no taxis outside take to train station bk but they did say ther bus thou so many people it hard to tell which bus

Sehr respektvoller Guide, ganz toll und informativ erzählt, immer wieder gerne, sehr zu empfehlen! Das einzige was ich unpassend fand ist dass man Aufkleber auf die Jacke geklebt bekommt damit man zuordnen kann wer zu welcher Tourgruppe gehört! Ich verstehe sehr gut, dass man die Leute beisammen halten und erkennen muss wer zu welchem Guide gehört aber nachdem die Juden mit Sternen gekennzeichnet wurden, finde ich das Aufklebersystem etwas unpassend für diesen Ort, da müsste man sich was anderes einfallen lassen! Aber die Tour und der Guide an sich sehr respektvoll und wertschätzend, dem Ort und der Situation entsprechend!

It was not bad, and both the tour guide and the guy who met with us to give us our tickets and take us in for our tour were great. But it was so crowded with so many other tours going on while we were in Auschwitz I, which is most of the tour, that it felt like we had to rush through because another tour group was right behind us, with another right ahead of us. The rushed, crowded nature of the Auschwitz I part of the tour took away a bit from being able to really take it all in and reflect at this site of historical significance.

Après 2 annulations, j'ai enfin pu profiter d'une visite guidée en Français. Je désespérais ! Lieu du point de rencontre très mal indiqué sur le billet ! Avec Royal Tour, le point de rencontre a lieu près d'un bâtiment moderne, non loin du Site Birkenau. On m'a baladée d'un site à un autre, en contredisant les infos... C'est une Guide Anglaise qui m'a bien renseignée, au final ! Une visite guidée en Anglais le 19 juillet, et une visite guidée en Français le 1er août : La visite n'est pas la même ! On ne voit pas les mêmes choses

An sich war die Tour super, da kann man nicht meckern. Jeder, der sich das mal anschauen möchte, sollte auch auf jeden Fall eine Tour buchen, um viele Randinformationen zu erhalten. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert - wir fanden es sehr interessant und herzzerreißend gleichzeitig. Schade fand ich nur, dass unsere Tour anstatt wie gebucht um 11:30 Uhr dann zu 07:45 Uhr vorverlegt wurde. Es wurde einfach beschlossen und wir hatten keine andere Option wie zum Beispiel einen anderen Tag wählen oder eine Erstattung.

Me defraudó la cantidad de gente que había que parecía una cola de cine continua y la celeridad de las indicaciones. Me gustó mucho la organizació, el guía en todo momento adelantaba lo que íbamos a hacer en el siguiente barracon. Me encantó la última parte, la visita al segundo campo birnakau ya que fue una visita en la que el guía hacía reflexiones y no había que estar todo el rato escuchando. Fue un atardecer maravilloso.
