The guides were really good, they gave us our tickets and we were able to see the rest of the galleries on our own at the end of the tour.

Very informative and enjoyable. I forgot our tour guide's name. I believe that she was Danish. She had such a pleasant disposition and was ready to provide extra, interesting facts when there were delays. My wife's receiver/headset kept cutting out. Our tour guide seamlessly addressed the issue by providing a backup receiver and headset -- with out interrupting the tour. She was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.

Excellent tour of Florence. We were able to see all of the popular spots, and our guide was full of information. Well planned route and great service. Go for it!

Abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata per Firenze con Remo. Era una guida estremamente competente. Ha parlato con dolcezza ed è stato molto piacevole. Firenze è una città bellissima, con una storia complessa e molti bei palazzi. Remo ha mostrato la sua città in modo eccellente.

L'arte esposta nel museo è sorprendente. La collezione di sculture e statue era spettacolare. Tutto era bello in questo museo, compreso il "David", il mio preferito.
