Important Information

Lower Belvedere Palace

• The BIP garage at Palais Schwarzenberg and the BIP garage at Schwarzenbergplatz offer discounted parking for a time window of 6 hours. When you validate your parking ticket at the ticket offices of the Lower or Upper Belvedere (see opening times), you can park for up to 6 hours for € 6 in one of the two garages that are open all day (midnight).

Upper Belvedere Palace

• Please note that it is not mandatory to carry an ID proof if you have only purchased non-discounted tickets.

• Gender-specific, disabled toilets are available on the ground floor.

• The parking lot for people with disabilities is located right next to the entrance gate of the Upper Belvedere, Prinz Eugen-Straße 27.

• Every part of the collection can be accessed. There are two elevators that can be accessed via a few steps; a wheelchair ramp is available. The staff is always happy to help.

Some seating is available in the exhibition rooms. Museum stools can be borrowed at the cloakroom.

• Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome at the Belvedere museums.

• A wheelchair is available from the cloakroom for visitors with mobility access requirements.

• The passage through the park between the Upper and Lower Belvedere is not barrier-free.
