If you didn't already know, dolphins are extremely curious and friendly by nature, so when you arrive at Dolphin Discovery-Isla Mujeres, they will not hesitate to welcome you into their natural habitat. With the Royal Swim program, you get to swim with the adorable creatures and even caress, hug and kiss them! The most fun part is when you experience the thrilling dorsal tow and foot push - this is what happens when two dolphins pull you through the water with their dorsal fins and push you on your feet so that you rise above the water. More underwater adventures await you when you go snorkeling and see stingrays, or interact with one of the world's tamest creatures, the chubby manatees! Later, you can go biking around the island and enjoy a dip in the infinity pool, or simply sprawl out on the lounge chairs and enjoy a sunbath. Your ticket includes the delights of a buffet menu and the national open bar in the VIP area.

If you've chosen it as an option, you also get to enjoy the wonderful Garrafón Reef Natural Park. Apart from snorkeling through beautiful coral reefs, and kayaking in the fine weather, you can also slide down a zip line over the Caribbean Sea. Plus, since you chose the most exclusive experience, you can enjoy the VIP amenities within the park such as the temazcal and the VIP area, featuring comfortable lounge chairs and hammocks, as well as a refreshing panoramic pool. What's more, you have access to the restaurant to enjoy the exquisite buffet menu and the international open bar!

Important Information

Please use the comments section to include infants of 1 m or less in your reservation since their participation has no cost

You will need to pay for the dockage at the time of your registration just before boarding

The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs

In Isla Mujeres, this program admits groups with a maximum of 20 people

Children taller than 1.40 m will be able to participate alone in any program when paying the adult rate

For the Encounter program, children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m will be able to participate alone

Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m can participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult

If your child is shorter than 1 m, they will be considered infants and will carry out Encounter program activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they adjust their vest)

The use of cameras in the water is not allowed. Professional photographs will be available for sale

Do not forget to use biodegradable sunscreen, to take care of your skin, the environment, and marine species

For safety purposes, women who are 5 months pregnant or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program accompanied by another adult and after signing the responsibility form. Women who have crossed 5 months of pregnancy cannot participate in any of the aquatic activities

Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your program since you will receive a previous orientation

This is located next to the Casa Maya Hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone, and you can see the dock perfectly identified with the Dolphin Discovery logo

Ferries depart from Cancun to Isla Mujeres at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM

Take the 9:00 AM ferry for a 10:30 AM activity start time, and the 11:00 AM ferry for a 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM, or 3:30 PM activity start time
