Our day eas made easy having already putchasing our tickets prior to going. Easy venue to find with lots of parking, will definitely be back

Easy way to not have to wait to get in to a venue unfortunately very hot day and didn't get to see as many animals as we would have liked

Good but it did say we needed to print our tickets out on website which caused issue and once we got there realized you can just scan from phone

Had a great time with my family was excited for the first time to see a silver back big daddy gorilla. :blush::flushed::blush:. The staff at Melbourne zoo most helpful.

Ticket purchasing was simple and straightforward. On the day zoo staff were very friendly and helpful. Disabled facilities could be better organised. When using the disabled toilet with my carer we had so many people knocking on the door and queuing. Also one of the toilets required a key which meant we had to wait longer for a groundsman to get the key for us. Otherwise a perfect day. Thankyou :cherry_blossom:

It's a great zoo with lovely gardens. It was excellent that zoo staff seemed to be at various exhibits just conversationally and casually sharing their knowledge and answering visitor's questions. I went on Christmas Day and it was like a gathering of the United Nations. A venue that appeals to such a vast diversity of people ( many of whom seemed to have prams) The map is a bit of a pain, given that it is oriented from the main entrance and I came from the train, makes it a bit hard to follow. A wonderful venue that I would recommend to others. Thank you

We had a really great day the exhibits for the animals were terrific, it was so nice to see the exhibits so close to their own habitats instead of the very old fashioned cement & iron cages. The guide maps were very good & informative, we walked & walked so much that we needed to rest the next day.

The zoo was great! What wasn't great was I didn't get my tickets before I had to leave. You need to send email tickets immediately. The zoo staff were great in helping me out. Your site said tickets must be prebooked, this was not the case. I could have saved a lot of time and angst by not using your site.
