Erik, was our guide and was Fantastic, he was very knowledgeable took his time to answer questions thoughtfuly. Our only snag was waiting for our guide at the location stated in the Headout email. The actual meeting point was inside the grounds in front of the building. We waited in the wrong spot for about 30 minutes before realizing the direction was wrong.

*Excellent Experience at Chichén Itzá!* I want to share my experience on the tour to Chichén Itzá with the travel agency, and I can't recommend their service highly enough. From the start, everything was very easy and convenient. The pick-up point was close to where I was staying, with free and secure parking, which gave me great peace of mind. The tour lasted exactly 13 hours, and every moment was used to the fullest. Our guide was incredible, with a wealth of historical information and demonstrations that made the visit to Chichén Itzá unforgettable. Access to the site was very well coordinated, and best of all, as a Mexican, access is free on Sundays. After Chichén Itzá, we visited a beautiful natural cenote, where we were able to enjoy nature and local food (although it was a bit cold). The two hours were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place. Finally, we visited the town of Valladolid, where we were able to explore a plaza with craft stalls and try some regional sweets and ice cream. What I liked most was the tranquility and comfort of the trip. The value for money is excellent, and I would definitely repeat the experience. *Rating: 9/10* Thanks to the travel agency for an unforgettable experience. I recommend it! 😊
